Do FRCC Libraries accept book donations?
I have textbooks I no longer need; will FRCC Libraries accept them?

Thank you for thinking of FRCC Libraries.
For the most part, FRCC Libraries cannot accept textbook donations for a number of reasons. Textbooks required for classes change frequently, some classes include the textbook cost in their course fees, and many FRCC classes are use Open Educational Resources to reduce costs and gain more control over the content.
Check your local public library's Friends of the Library donation policy to see what kinds of books they accept.
If you have a few recent (3 years old or less), non-fiction titles related to the fields of study at FRCC, please contact an FRCC Librarian with the name of the book so we can evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
