How can I get articles or books that FRCC doesn't have?

I want to borrow a book or read an article that the Front Range Community College doesn't have in its collection. How do I submit an interlibrary loan request (ILL)?

You can double check that our libraries don't have access to an online article or ebook using the Publication Finder in EBSCO Discovery. Search our catalogs for physical books:

If we don't have the publication or book, we likely will be able to get a copy through another library in Colorado or in the United States! This process is called interlibrary loan.

When we don't have a book in our collection, you can then check Prospector, which is a consortium of libraries in Colorado who agree to share their materials across the state. You can use your public library card to put a hold on materials and have them delivered to your local library.

Fill out an interlibrary loan request form if the item you need isn't in Prospector (typically, journal articles are not available through Prospector):
