How do I reserve a room in FRCC libraries?

I want a study or meeting room; how do I know if they are available?

Answer

Westminster Campus - College Hill Library

Study rooms in the FRCC Westminster Library (on the second floor) are available to students, instructors, and faculty on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms may be reserved in advance for tutoring sessions.

To reserve one of the larger meeting rooms, please visit http://westminsterlibrary.evanced.info/spaces (meeting room reservations are handled through the Westminster Public Library).

Larimer Campus - Harmony Library

As Harmony Library is a joint-use facility, most of the rooms are reservable by students, instructors, faculty, or tutors through the Poudre Libraries’ website: Meeting Spaces: Poudre River Public Library District (poudrelibraries.org)

  • Study Rooms: 1-6 people; 2 hour limit a day

  • Large Meeting Rooms (Community Room at Harmony Library): 100 people maximum

FRCC staff can also reserve meeting or instructional spaces at Harmony Library by contacting Librarians Drew Bagby (Drew.Bagby@frontrange.edu) or Laura Puls (Laura.Puls@frontrange.edu).

  • East Room (HL116): projector available with HDMI cable

  • Design Center (HL117) up to 10 people; Newline TV Display and touchscreen

Boulder County Campus

BCC Library has two study rooms that accommodate up to 4 people each. Students, staff, and faculty can check out these rooms for a maximum of 4 hours each day. They are first-come-first-served. Each room contains:

  • 4 Chairs

  • Whiteboard (dry-erase markers are available for checkout if needed)

  • Wall-mounted TV

  • HDMI cord (connects your computer to the TV)

To reserve these rooms, you would need to fill out a Collaboration Rm Self-Checkout Form. This form will let library staff know how long you will need the room. These forms can be found on the collaboration room door. If there are no more copies, please let the library staff know so they can print more copies.

If both rooms are being used, there are several collaboration rooms in/near the Student Commons area.
