How do I print at Harmony Library? (Larimer Campus)

Answer

FRCC-Larimer Campus co-manages the Harmony Library with Poudre Libraries, so many of our services are listed on their website! Patrons receive 200 free print credits every month (which means 200 black and white pages or 40 color pages, or a combination.). FRCC Students also receive $12.50 credits a semester that they can use at the Computer Lab in Blanca Peak.

With a Poudre Libraries library card, you can login to the library computers and send a print job from the computers.

When you have sent everything you want to print, go to one of the photocopiers, scan your library card, and select everything you want to print.

You don't have to use Harmony Library computers to print, though! You can also easily send your prints to our photocopiers from your own laptop or phone, even if you're at home. Your print job will wait in the cloud for 3 days until you "release" the print in person. After 3 days, the print jobs will be deleted for your privacy.

Here are two ways you can print from your own device: from the ePRINTit website or by emailing the documents to the printer.

1. From PoudreLibraries.org, scroll to the bottom site menu.

2. Under My Library, Computers, select Printing.

3. Click on the Printer icon.

4. Select your file from your device. You can add multiple files.

5. Type in your library barcode number, or a username you can remember. You can also add your email or phone number, to get a reminder of how to login to your prints.

6. At the printer, scan library card or type in the user name you created.

7. Select jobs to print and click print.

8. Receive your papers!

If you have a document in your email, you can send the attachments to the photocopier directly.

1. Create a new email message. You don't have to enter any email text, but a subject line can help you identify this email later in the ePRINTit system.

2. Attach the documents you want to print to the email.

3. In the To: field, enter either: tbs-poudrelibraries-bw@eprintitservice.com for Black and white printing or tbs-poudrelibraries-color@eprintitservice.com for Color printing.

4. Click send.

6. When your print is ready, you will receive instructions in your email inbox for getting your print job.

7. At the printer, type in your email address.

7. Select jobs to print and click print. Note: at this step, in addition to your email attachments, you will see your email message listed as a "print job." You can print the email message text too, or you can skip printing the email message.

8. Receive your papers!
